چکیده
Abstract Damages that often emerge in concrete include cracks, delamination, spalling, wear, fracture, porous, voids (perforated). These damages need to be repaired, one of which is by patch repair. With consideration strength and frugality, a self-made repair material was developed using mortar as base material, i.e., geopolymer mortar. Geopolymer with natural materials have high content silica oxide alumina (such Fly Ash GGBFS) binder must activated an alkaline activator the form sodium hydroxide (NaOH) silicate (Na 2 SiO 3 ). The use GGBFS replace cement has positive impact from environmental point view because it can reduce pollution due waste. In this research, effect variations molarity NaOH on compressive were investigated, order obtain optimum composition mixture meets requirements material. From results maximum occurred GF91 16 M at 56 days 73.77 MPa obtained. higher cheaper price when compared Sika Grout so better than terms frugality.

Fly Ash-Based Geopolymer Mortar Incorporating Bottom Ash
This paper presents the results of study on effect of various parameters on mechanical properties of fly ash-based geopolymer mortar with bottom ash as partial or full replacement for sand. Compressive strength of samples with 10% bottom ash (BA) was comparable to those with only sand. Further increase in bottom ash content decreased the compressive strength. However, the reverse tendency occur...

This paper presents workability, compressive strength and microstructure for geopolymer pastes and mortars made of class C fly ash at mass ratios of water-to-fly ash from 0.30 to 0.35. Fluidity was in the range of 145-173 mm for pastes and 131-136 mm for mortars. The highest strengths of paste and mortar were 58 MPa and 85 MPa when they were cured at 70 °C for 24 h. In XRD patterns, unreacted q...
متن کاملEffect of Glass Powder and GGBS on Strength of Fly Ash Based Geopolymer Concrete
In this study, the effect of glass powder (GP) and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) on the compressive strength of Fly ash based geopolymer concrete has been investigated. The mass ratio of fine aggregate (fA) to coarse aggregate (CA) was maintained constant. NaOH flakes dissolved in water was used as activating liquid and mixed with fly ash (FA) to produce geopolymer paste or cement...
